It looked like Detroit Lions head coach turned and yelled at fans after regulation came to an end against the New York Giants on Sunday. He denied yelling at the crowd though.
“I wasn’t addressing the crowd, I was just trying to get our team fired up,” Schwartz said, via MLive.com. “I think the psyche of the team at that point, we needed to have that spark. We needed to feel like we’re going out here and overtime and we’re going to go win it. That’s the only thing I was doing there.”
Schwartz continued to duke questions about his incident with fans.

While not apologizing, he was quick to say he didn’t hold it against the fans.
Schwartz: "I certainly don't think any less of them (the fans) because of it but our thoughts were going to overtime."

Schwartz: "Probably I should have done like in the second quarter and just kept it in my mind" and not yelled at fans.
