The San Francisco 49ers and Atlanta Falcons are set to bring an end to Week 16 with their Monday Night Football match up, which will leave us entering the final week of the 2013-14 regular season. With one week to go, a number of playoff spots and seeds are still up for grabs.
In the AFC, there is a log jam of teams fighting for the No. 6 Wild Card spot. The teams that are hoping to earn the final playoff berth are the Baltimore Ravens, Miami Dolphins, San Diego Chargers and Pittsburgh Steelers.
In the NFC, the Arizona Cardinals will need to beat the 49ers in Week 17 to get some help, while the NFC East and NFC North remain up in the air.
The Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles will meet on Sunday Night Football to determine the NFC East champion, while the Green Bay Packers and Chicago Bears will have to see who comes out on top in the North.
It will be a wild ending to the NFL season, so make sure that you don’t miss a second of the action.
