Probably more than anything he’s done in his controversial career, no one will ever forget former NFL wide receiver’s stop in Philadelphia for a stint with the Eagles.

Although he broke his leg in his first season in the City of Brotherly Love, he was able to return in time for the team’s trip to the Super Bowl, where he put on one of the best individual performances, catching nine balls for 122 yards in the narrow loss to the New England Patriots.

The honeymoon was short-lived, though, as his relationship with the team was heavily strained when he left Philly just a year later.

Yeah, it’s very hard to forget that entire saga.

Recently, Owens recorded a commercial for the food chain Carl’s Jr. where he was promoting their new Philly Cheesesteak Burger.

So, naturally, with Philadelphia being the Cheesesteak capital of the world, a reference to the wideout’s tumultuous stay in Philly had to be made, and it was.

And, it’s hilarious:

The little kid slapping the try out of his hand is absolutely priceless.
