With Week 16 of the NFL regular season officially in the books, a majority of the teams around the league have learned that they no longer are in the playoff hunt. Luckily for the eliminated teams, they are able to look forward to the offseason and begin their planning for the 2014 NFL Draft.
For the teams hoping for the No. 1 pick, it is down to the Houston Texans and St. Louis Rams. With a loss in Week 17, the Texans will have secured the top pick.
