Both New York Giants running backs were cleared yesterday after they were able to pass their concussions tests which allowed them to return to practice according to the Newark Star-Ledger.
Entering the final game of the 2013 season for the Giants, the team will be looking to end the year with a win. It may not get them into the playoffs, but it’s momentum that will surely swing their way as they prepare for the 2014 season.
Now with Andre Brown and Peyton Hillis being cleared of their concussions, they are both on track to play on Sunday. Brown suffered his concussion during a possession in overtime against the Detroit Lions. Hillis missed the game against Detroit after suffering a concussion a week before.
Hillis will be a free agent after the year and could have a hard time finding some work after failing to become a play maker for the Giants. Brown will be looking to come back next year as the teams number one running back.
