Dwight Williams is a four-star outside linebacker from Juniperro Serra high school in Gardena, Calif. and the 6-1, 205-pounder tweeted he will be picking his college of choice at the U.S. Army All-American bowl on Jan. 4.

It’s no surprise he is planning to announce at the game as many recruits use this venue as a platform to make their decision known, but the real surprise is that the UCLA Bruins will not be one of the teams he is choosing from.

The Bruins were believed to be the favorite for Williams and the school he took his most recent official visit to, but apparently that visit did not meet his expectations.

Of the five finalists, Williams has only taken official visits to the Oklahoma Sooners and Florida Gators on Oct. 4 and Nov. 29, respectively. His crystal ball on 247 Sports has seen an influx of predictions for the Sooners with the last eight predictions all coming for them.

His last in-home visit before the dead period was from Oklahoma linebackers coach Tim Kish. Here he is pictured with Williams from his Instagram account.

I am one of the eight to cast my prediction for Bob Stoops and the Sooners for Williams and you can bet a lot more will be switching their picks as eight recruiting analysts have picks for UCLA at the moment.

Williams has 91 tackles with 14 of them for loss, eight sacks, five interceptions, two forced fumbles and one recovery this season.
