Cam Newton excited about Panthers being in the playoffs (GIFs)

The Carolina Panthers are into the playoffs and as the second seed in the NFC, which means they’ll get a first-round bye. After starting the season 1-3, they rallied to finish the season 11-1, that sole loss coming on the road to the New Orleans Saints.
“Feels outstanding,” said Carolina coach Ron Rivera, via ESPN. “Our guys fought all season and did the things we needed to do.”
One particularly excited player was quarterback Cam Newton.
“We’re past due for this opportunity. We have it. We know we have to seize the moment,” Newton said, via the Charlotte Observer. “I’m excited. I’m ecstatic about it.
“And we’re not done here yet.”
Cam’s enthusiasm and excitement was on display when the team got back to Carolina. The local NBC affiliate (WCNC) caught him dancing and celebrating and made clips into GIFs for your viewing pleasure.
