The Green Bay Packers are hosting the San Francisco 49ers in an NFC Wild Card match up. Packers defensive back Sam Shields injured his ankle early in the game while trying to tackle 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree.

John Clayton called it a knee injury though.
