The official list of inactive players for today’s NFC divisional round match up between the Carolina Panthers and San Francisco 49ers has been released. There is some good news for the Panthers, who learned that wide receiver Steve Smith has been given the green light to play, while the 49ers will be without cornerback Carlos Rogers.

We will have to see if the Panthers are able to exploit the weakened and aging 49ers secondary today.
