The Carolina Panthers will need to be considered about the availability of No. 1 wide receiver Steve Smith entering the game, after he has been limited in practice all week with a knee injury. Smith has had plenty of time to rest his knee, but you have to wonder if he will be close to 100 percent if he is able to take the field.

We will learn around 90 minutes prior to kickoff whether or not Smith and the rest of the Panthers will be able to go.
