New York Knicks at Milwaukee Bucks final score: Bucks beat Knicks 101-98

The Milwaukee Bucks defeated the New York Knicks 101-98 at BMO Harris Bradley Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  The Bucks improved to 9-39, and the Knicks fell to 19-29.

Brandon Knight led Milwaukee with 25 points, including a pull-up three over Knicks guard Raymond Felton to break a tie with 1.4 seconds to go in the fourth.  Carmelo Anthony‘s desperation three failed to go down, and the Bucks ended their six-game losing streak.

After being down by as much as 10 points in the fourth quarter, the Knicks tied the game at 87 with 3:44 to go.  The Bucks attempted to pull away, but the Knicks’ three-point shooting kept them in the contest.  Carmelo hit a three to tie the game at 98 with 19 seconds left, but Knight answered with a dagger from beyond the arc to win the game.

Milwaukee top performers: Brandon Knight scored 25 points along with seven assists and three rebounds.  Khris Middleton netted 19 points, four rebounds, and three assists.  Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 15 points, and Ersan Ilyasova added 13 points and eight rebounds.  Zaza Pachulia finished with 12 points and seven boards.

New York top performers: Carmelo Anthony led all scorers with 36 points along with five rebounds and three assists.  J.R. Smith netted 30 points, seven rebounds, and three assists.  Tyson Chandler finished with 10 rebounds and seven points.

Next game: The Bucks head to Denver to play the Nuggets on Wednesday at 9 pm ET.  The Knicks play the Trail Blazers on Wednesday at 8 pm ET on ESPN.
