During last year’s draft, the Minnesota Vikings made some excitement moves to put together a quality draft class and it appears that they could be looking to do the same in the 2014 NFL Draft.

Vikings General Manager Rick Spielman said this weekend that “everything is a possibility” for this year’s draft, and he also said that he anticipates plenty of movement from his team as they look to position themselves for some of the top players on their draft board.

“We have eight right now, and a lot of that doesn’t happen until you’re on the clock,” Spielman said, via the Minneapolis Star Tribune. “Heck, last year they pulled me out of a press conference to go get Patterson because you never know. But I really, really think we’re going to do a lot of movement in the draft.”

Would the Vikings be eyeing a trade to land one of the top signal-callers?

It will be interesting to see what the Vikings have in mind when they are on the clock or ready to jump up and select a player, so we will have to stay tuned.
