
We have a very long time before we’re able to sit down and watch a live football which is pretty depressing. I know some fans only watch professional football and count on other things to keep them entertained, so I’m glad I love baseball!
Now according to the WindyCityGridiron.com, the Chicago Bears have announced their dates for their off-season activities. A team that’s looking to rebuild their defense and hopefully keep their high powered offense rolling as they prepare for the 2014 campaign.
Here’s a look at their schedule leading up to the middle of July.
February 17th – First day teams are allowed to use their franchise or transition tags.
February 19th-25th – NFL Combine
February 20th – Bears Head Coach Marc Trestman and General Manager Phil Emery address the media from the NFL Combine.
March 11th – Free agency begins.
May 8th-10th – NFL Draft
May 16th-18th – Chicago Bears Rookie Mini-Camp
May 27th – June 10th – Chicago Bears OTA’s
June 17th – 19th – Chicago Bears Veterans Mini-Camp at Halas Hall.
