We have a very long time before we’re able to sit down and watch a live football which is pretty depressing. I know some fans only watch professional football and count on other things to keep them entertained, so I’m glad I love baseball!

Now according to the WindyCityGridiron.com, the Chicago Bears have announced their dates for their off-season activities. A team that’s looking to rebuild their defense and hopefully keep their high powered offense rolling as they prepare for the 2014 campaign.

Here’s a look at their schedule leading up to the middle of July.

February 17th – First day teams are allowed to use their franchise or transition tags.

February 19th-25th – NFL Combine

February 20th – Bears Head Coach Marc Trestman and General Manager Phil Emery address the media from the NFL Combine.

March 11th – Free agency begins.
