NBA odds: Which coach will be fired first?
The folks over at Bovada are always kind enough to send us at FanSided their latest odds.
At Bovada, you can now bet on which NBA coach will be fired first.
New York Knicks’ head coach Mike Woodson has 2/3 odds to be the first coach fired and that should not surprise anyone. Woodson’s Knicks got into the playoffs last season and defeated the Boston Celtics in the first round before the Indiana Pacers took them down in the second. This season, the Knicks have been the league’s most disappointing team with a record of 20-32. However, they are still just 2.5 games behind the Charlotte Bobcats for the eighth seed.
The Cleveland Cavaliers have been filled with turmoil and are just 20-33, making Mike Brown a good candidate to lose his job in Cleveland for the second time. Randy Wittman’s Washington Wizards would be in the playoffs today, but they are just 25-27. Rick Adelman’s Minnesota Timberwolves are six games behind Mark Jackson’s Golden State Warriors, who have also disappointed, for the eighth seed in the Western Conference. Larry Drew’s Milwaukee Bucks are easily the NBA’s worst team.
Who will be the second head coach fired in the 2013-2014 Season?

Mike Brown (CLE) 7/2
Randy Wittman (WAS) 5/1
Rick Adelman (MIN) 11/2
Mark Jackson (GS) 13/2
