The Ted Wells report is out and it has dropped  total bombshell on the NFL and the situation in the Miami Dolphins locker room. We all knew that Jonathan Martin was the subject of bullying, but the Wells Report has helped give us an even more disturbing look inside just how wide spread the bullying was.

In the report released on Friday, Dolphins offensive lineman Richie Incognito, John Jerry and Mike Pouncey were all identified as racially bullying a Japanese trainer who works for the Dolphins, including mocking him on the anniversary of Pearl Harbor and joking about retaliating against him.

The report being released has shed a light on just how bad the situation was in the Dolphins locker room and how the bullying extended beyond just Martin and involved more than just Incognito as bullies. More is being released from the report but the outlook is not good for Incognito or the others mentioned in the report.
