The NBA trade deadline is approaching rapidly, which means that teams are starting to separate the guys they have deemed expendable with those they’d rather hang on to. The New York Knicks look to be interested in making a deadline deal to land a nice piece, but they seem to have little to offer and even less after the latest report from Marc Berman.
According to Berman, the Knicks have deemed rookie stud Tim Hardaway Jr ‘virtually untouchable’ in a trade at the deadline.
That is the Knicks position on Hardaway entering trade deadline. Is virtual untouchable. Not agreeing or disagreeing. Giving info.

It’s still possible for them to make a trade, as Iman Shumpert’s name continues to come up more and more, but Hardaway will likely be staying put. He had been mentioned in some rumors recently, but it appears the Knicks are trying to put an end to that right now and focus trade talks on other assets they want to trade away.
