After the Houston Texans kick off the 2014 NFL Draft with the No. 1 overall pick, all eyes will be on the St. Louis Rams. St. Louis will have their first of two first-round draft picks at No. 2 overall, where a number of teams could be interested in trading up to.

If Houston goes with Blake Bortles or Johnny Manziel, the remaining quarterback would be available along with star defensive end Jadeveon Clowney.

For the Rams, that means phones will start ringing with teams looking to select those players.

Peter King of Monday Morning Quarterback wrote that the Rams will “have a chance to trade the second pick, and will be very interested in doing so.”

It would seem likely that the Minnesota Vikings could be interested in trading up to No. 2 to select a quarterback, while the Atlanta Falcons would love to get their hands on Clowney. It will just be interesting to see what team, if any, ultimately makes the move.

If St. Louis stays at No. 2, offensive tackle Greg Robinson should be considered the favorite to be their pick.
