Stephen Curry scored 19 points, dished out nine assists and grabbed eight rebounds to lead the Golden State Warriors to a 104-96 victory over the Detroit Pistons at the Palace of Auburn Hills in Detroit, Michigan Monday night.

Klay Thompson scored 19 points while Jordan Crawford had 15 points in just 18 minutes off of the bench.

Jermaine O’Neal defied age and logic for the second straight game by following up his 23-point, 13-rebound performance in a 93-86 victory over the Brooklyn Nets Saturday night by scoring 16 points on six-of-eight shooting and grabbing 10 rebounds against the Pistons.

Greg Monroe led the Pistons with 23 points and eight rebounds.

Josh Smith scored 18 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and dished out seven assists, Kyle Singler scored 18 points and Andre Drummond and Brandon Jennings scored 11 points apiece.

The Pistons exploded for 37 points in the first quarter, but the Warriors’ defense got better each quarter, holding the Pistons to 25 points in the second, 21 in the third and finally, just 13 in the fourth.

The Warriors are now 35-22 while the Pistons are 23-34.
