The Pittsburgh Steelers are one of the most successful franchises in the history of sports, and most certainly the most successful in the history of the NFL. Whether you like them or not, collectively throughout their history, they have the Super Bowl rings to prove it. Well, they have six of them, to be exact. More than any other franchise in the history of the game. And, if you happen to get that fact wrong, you best believe that they will let you know about it.
Just like they did on Saturday night when one of those factual twitter accounts that randomly throw out facts from all walks of life on a daily basis failed to realize just how many Super Bowl titles the Black and Gold have.
Umm, hello? "@OMGFactsSports: The SF 49ers & Dallas Cowboys share the record for most Super Bowl wins. Both teams have 5 Super Bowl titles.”

You can’t blame the team for being a little perturbed. Not only did they get the number of Super Bowl titles wrong, but they also incorrectly lumped them into the same category with the Dallas Cowboys.
Oh yeah, and there’s also the fact that the Steelers stand alone with six titles. Yeah, definitely that, too.
