
After Sam Shields re-signed with the Green Bay Packers over the weekend, it was clear that the cornerback market was already set entering the official start of free agency on Tuesday. Now, teams will reportedly have another contract to set the cornerback standard thanks to the Indianapolis Colts and Vonte Davis.
According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, the Colts and Davis are nearing a deal that is expected to be complete on Monday.
