Tampa Bay has been trying to trade Darrelle Revis.
If they can’t find a deal and with his salary, it’s likely they wont, he will be cut according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter:
Short of a trade in the next two days, the Buccaneers are expected to release CB Darrelle Revis by 4 p.m. Wednesday, per league sources.

The Bucs are said to be ‘uncomfortable’ with paying Revis $16 million next year so they are trying to get rid of him. He is also due a roster bonus of $1.5 million on Thursday so he will be moved before then.
Expect Revis to be cut unless he agrees to a big pay cut.
