Cincinnati Bengals’ wide receiver Andrew Hawkins has shown flashes of being an excellent receiver in his three-year NFL career.
Although he had a disappointing 2013 season that was cut short by injuries, he caught 51 passes for 533 yards and four touchdowns during the 2012 season.
That season opened some eyes and obviously that is still fresh in the mind of the Cleveland Browns.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the Browns have signed Hawkins to an offer sheet.

Hawkins is a restricted free agent so the Bengals will be able to match the offer sheet if they choose.
Hawkins went undrafted out of Toledo in 2008 and spent two years in the Canadian Football League.
Last season, Hawkins played in only eight games and had 12 receptions for 199 yards.
