Cowboys tell DeMarcus Ware they ‘will cut him if he doesn’t take pay cut’

Dallas Cowboys defensive end DeMarcus Ware has drawn the line in the sand asking for a decision on his status by this afternoon’s start of free agency.

The two sides have been reportedly working on a deal for three straight days, but the Cowboys are also drawing their line in the sand creating a tense standoff. The Cowboys are standing firm at Ware taking a pay cut, or being released from the team.
