The Dallas Cowboys are expected to release wide receiver Miles Austin, with Austin being designated as a post-June 1 cut. If he is to be cut, the New York Jets are reportedly interested in signing Austin, it’d be a homecoming of sorts since Austin played his college football at Monmouth in New Jersey.
The Jets also released veteran receiver Santonio Holmes so there is a vacant spot on the roster.
If the Cowboys cut WR Miles Austin, which could happen tomorrow, I expect the #Jets to be interested. Jersey guy. Attended Monmouth.
