
The San Diego Chargers have agreed to terms with St. Louis Rams back up quarterback Kellen Clemens. He saw some time under center last season when starter Sam Bradford went down with an injury. He completed 142 of 242 passes, 58.7 percent of his passes for 1,673 yards and eight touchdowns.
