Although they’ve re-signed Matt Cassel, the Minnesota Vikings may still be in search of a long-term answer at the quarterback position. Since the departure of Brett Favre, stability at the position has definitely been a concern. So, possibly in the hopes of solving that issue, the team is meeting on Sunday with one of the top quarterback prospects in the 2014 NFL Draft, Teddy Bridgewater.

In this upcoming draft in May, the Vikings currently hold the eighth pick in the event, and some have them slated to take Johnny Manziel, seeing as most expect Bridgewater to be off the board by then to either the Jaguars or the Texans.
Which brings up the next scenario. If the Vikings are impressed enough with Bridgewater after the meeting on Sunday and then following his Pro Day on Monday, would they trade up to select the former Louisville Cardinals star?
Anything is possible.
