After the reported poor Pro Day for Teddy Bridgewater on Monday, the race to be the top QB taken in the upcoming 2014 NFL Draft may be wide open, and Blake Bortles will get the chance to take advantage of that on Wednesday. But before he does that, on Tuesday, he had a private meeting with the Oakland Raiders.

Having a pick in the Top 10, the Raiders absolutely have a chance at landing the former UCF star, the only question is whether or not he’ll last on the board until they’re ready to choose.
The Raiders could most certainly use a franchise QB, as there are still a lot of questions about the long-term worth of both Matt McGloin and Terrelle Pryor. They’ve been rumored to be in the market for some of the quarterbacks still left on the free agent market, but taking a potential star for the future wouldn’t be a bad idea by any means.
