Now that free agency is officially a week old, most of the big name free agents have found new homes.
Now is the time for teams to find players on more of a bargain.
One bargain that could be had at reasonable price is former Kansas Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Akeem Jordan.
On Tuesday, Chris Russell of ESPN 980 reported the Redskins and Jordan had “mutual interest” in each other.

Jordan went undrafted out of James Madison in 2007, but found a home with the Eagles. He participated in nine games and made 20 tackles in his rookie season and became a regular in his second season.
The Chiefs signed Jordan before last season. He made 67 tackles while appearing in all 16 games.
