The Miami Dolphins are down a draft pick thanks to their trade with the Baltimore Ravens last season that sent offensive lineman Bryant McKinnie to South Beach. McKinnie ended up playing more than half a season for the Dolphins and as a result, they have sent a seventh-round pick up to Baltimore to complete the deal.

Per the Miami Herald:

"The Baltimore Ravens will have an additional seventh-round pick in this spring’s NFL Draft.Miami will send its final-round pick to Baltimore, fulfilling its end of the bargain in the conditional deal, the Miami Herald has learned."

It remains unclear whether or not the Ravens will be brining McKinnie back, but at the end of the day it wouldn’t be that big of a loss. The Ravens aren’t getting a high draft pick for McKinnie but they’re getting something they may be able to work with.

Miami got plenty of game out of McKinnie, and even if it wasn’t the most impressive football ever, it came at at time when the Dolphins needed someone to help them out.
