The Philadelphia Eagles have been mum about the future of DeSean Jackson as despite trade rumors swirling, the team hasn’t put water on the fire and it’s now a raging inferno. The structure of whatever relationship the Eagles and Jackson had seems to be melting in this inferno of trade rumors and mistrust and that seems to suggest that a trade will be happening.

According to Pro Football Talk’s Mike Florio, a trade could come as soon as this weekend, as that’s when NFL owners will be heading to Orlando for the owner meetings.

Per Florio:

"For now, their collective silence on the topic makes it obvious that Jackson is available. Early next week in Orlando, Jackson could end up changing teams."

With all the NFL powers that be in the same room, it’s likely that the Eagles return to Philadelphia without Jackson on their roster. He’s not a lock to be traded, but the Eagles have already set a price limit on Jackson, with nothing lower than a third round pick being acceptable trade bait, and a big move seems to be on the horizon.
