Sitting along the glass at a hockey game is an opportunity to get closer to the action than just about any other experience in sport. There is always that one hockey fan at the game though who is constantly banging on the glass and being a general nuisance.

In this instance that fan is an enthusiastic young kid, and you can’t fault him for banging on the glass. Unfortunately he learned the hard way how close to the action he really is. While standing up and banging on the glass, one player checked another to the glass right in front of him.

The boards gave to absorb the blow and it sent the fan flying back into his seat.
