It was announced just a little while ago by Aaron Wilson on Twitter that the Baltimore Ravens were in talks with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers about 28 year old center Jeremy Zuttah.
Unclear when the deal will be finalized or terms of trade, but sources expect the Ravens and Buccaneers to complete a deal for Jeremy Zuttah

Now according to Ian Rapoport on Twitter, the deal that would send center Jeremy Zuttah to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for a 2015 draft pick is complete.
#Bucs are trading C Jeremy Zuttah to the #Ravens for a 2015 draft pick, source said (as @PSchrags said). Takes them out of Alex Mack derby

Zuttah isn’t an all-pro, but he’s definitely an upgrade over current Ravens center Gino Gradkowski. With Zuttah getting ready to make $4.5 million this season, the Ravens could be looking to rework his deal and possibly sign him to a long-term extension, also reported by Ian Rapoport on Twitter.
Jeremy Zuttah will re-work his deal when he joins the #Ravens, per source. Will be a long-term, as he's in their future plans.

Tampa Bay could be getting a sixth round pick in return.
