NBA Western Conference: Current playoff matchups

The NBA Western Conference playoff standings have been tightening up at the top with the Los Angeles Clippers making it a three-team race with the San Antonio Spurs and the Oklahoma City Thunder.
On the other end of the Western Conference standings, the Phoenix Suns (44-29) and the Memphis Grizzlies (43-29) are desperately trying to hold off the Dallas Mavericks (44-30) for the 7th and 8th seeds respectively.
But if the playoffs started today, these would be the matchups in the Western Conference.
(1) San Antonio Spurs (57-16) vs. (8) Memphis Grizzlies (43-29)
The Spurs lead the season series 3-0 against the Grizzlies with the final game scheduled for April 6 in San Antonio.
(2) Oklahoma City Thunder (54-19) vs. (7) Phoenix Suns (44-29)
The regular season series is tied 1-1 between these two teams. The final game is scheduled for April 6 in Phoenix.
(3) Los Angeles Clippers (52-22) vs. (6) Golden State Warriors (45-27)
The Clippers and Warriors split the season series two games a piece. The only game in the series decided by less than 10 points was a 105-103 victory by the Warriors in December.
(4) Houston Rockets (49-23) vs. (5) Portland Trailblazers(47-27)
The Rockets won the season series 3-1 over the Trailblazers. Portland’s lone victory in the series was a 111-104 victory in December.
