Now that the New York Jets have agreed to a deal with Oakland Raiders’ free agent wide receiver Jacoby Ford, the market for wide receivers is drying up.
If you want to find an impact player, it will likely have to come in May’s NFL Draft.
Of course, there are still a few options out there and one is former Raiders and Indianapolis Colts’ wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey.
According to Ed Bouchette of The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, the Steelers are bringing in Heyward-Bey for a vistt.

As Bouchette points out, Heyward-Bey was once a very highly touted prospect, but his career hasn’t worked out the way he hoped. After four years in Oakland, the Raiders and Heyward-Bey parted ways and he joined the Colts.
He appeared in all 16 games in 2013, catching 29 passes for 309 yards and one touchdowns.
His most productive season came in 2011 when he had 64 receptions for 975 yards and four touchdowns.
