The Houston Texans own the first pick in the 2014 NFL draft which is nearly one month away and the intrigue over the direction they’re leaning is beginning to heat up as they debate filling their glaring need at quarterback or drafting the best overall player in Jadeveon Clowney.
The Texans will get a good look at two of the top quarterback prospects later this month when former Central Florida Knights QB Blake Bortles visits the Texans on April 15-16, and former Texas A&M Aggies superstar Johnny Manziel is in the week after on April 21-22.
Bortles coming to Houston April 15-16 and Manziel April 21-22.

The Texans have a void at quarterback after the trade of Matt Schaub and have little to no experience at the experience behind him with Case Keenum and T.J. Yates on the roster, but will they view either of these two quarterbacks to be their franchise quarterback?
Head coach Bill O’Brien, general manager Rick Smith and quarterbacks coach George Godsey were all present at their respective pro days, as they were for Clowney’s, so let the speculation begin.
I think they’re taking Clowney, who do you think the Texans take in May’s draft?
