The NFL Draft is just around the corner and it seems that the projections will reset with each team that selects a player in May. Right now people have an idea of how things will go but nothing is concrete and anything can happen, all starting with the Houston Texans at No. 1. But no matter who they select, things reset with the St. Louis Rams at No. 2 overall as who they take will have a trickle effect on the rest of the top half of the draft.

Many believe the Rams will make bank on a trade again but there’s a growing chance they’ll keep the pick to take a dynamic player who can change their fortunes. At the moment, this player appears to be Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins.

With just one pick before them, chances are that the Rams could have all three of the most highly coveted prospects on the board for them. While trading down and compiling picks again is a great option, so too is having to pick between Jadeveon Clowney, Sammy Watkins and others.
