Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Sidney Rice has been cleared for football activities after tearing his ACL last season, according to a report from Pro Football Talk earlier today. The folks at PFT followed that up with a short list of teams that are interested in Rice to “some degree.”

Panthers beat writer Joe Person of the Charlotte Observer verified PFT’s report that the Panthers would be interested, but adding that their interest was only at the right price when answering a fan’s question.
