- The Jazz won a coin flip over the Celtics giving them slightly better odds to get the top pick in the lottery. You can see the complete lottery odds here.
- The Nets (Celtics) won a drawing against the Wizards (Suns) for the 17th pick.
- The Bulls won the drawing over the Raptors for the 19th pick.
- The Blazers (Bobcats), Rockets and Heat had a three-way drawing for the picks 24-26. The Blazers won, the Rockets finished second and the Heat finished third.
