Unfortunately this past week, we were treated to some rather unfortunate news when we learned that long-time NBA sideline reporter Craig Sager has been stricken with leukemia. The news was passed along by his son and it left legions of NBA fans and colleagues heartbroken.

Throughout this past week, we’ve seen some already honor the ill-stricken legend, but none may have done it better than his friends over at the NBA on TNT studio.

Charles Barkley, Ernie Johnson, Shaq and Kenny Smith all donned the attire of Sager prior to their coverage of the NBA Playoffs Sunday, which is part of what has made him so revered across the nation, in addition to his superior sideline reporting skills.

And it was awesome…

Everyone around the country, and the entire team here at FanSided, is wishing Mr. Sager a speedy recovery as he begins his journey through this difficult process.

But it has to be heartwarming to know that you have so many people thinking about you as you embark on a journey such as this, like Sager obviously has supporting him.
