Every college program has filled their head coaching vacancies, and one Reddit user by the name of dybuell created a coaching tree showing the history of every college football coach and where they came from. Think of it as a family tree but for college football.

For instance under Bill Snyder it has Oklahoma head coach Bob Stoops, who was a defensive coordinator at Kansas State. Beneath Stoopps is Texas A&M head coach Kevin Sumlin who was an assistant coach at Oklahoma. Beneath Sumlin is Texas A&M head coach Kliff Kingsbury, who is cleverly labeled as his doppelgänger Ryan Gosling.

The coaching tree involves 92 of 128 FBS teams, or roughly 72 percent according to dybuell.

He also created a Google Doc that tracks all the head coach’s careers, showing every program they were at and when. The chart is fascinating and easy to read.

Dybuell added an edit saying that Penn State head coach James Franklin was erroneously put under Snyder’s tree.
