When the Buffalo Bills selected quarterback E.J. Manuel with their first-round selection in the 2013 NFL Draft, the expectations were that Manuel would be the guy under center for the next decade in Buffalo. However, a shaky rookie season plagued by three knee injuries has led many to wonder if the team will select another QB in the upcoming draft.

Whaley continued to say that when the team need Manuel the most, he came through for them.
