To say the Indiana Pacers are a pathetic mess of a franchise is to be putting things in a very kind way. They’re the No. 1 seed in their conference but they couldn’t look more like a lottery team if they tried — which is something they seem incapable of doing.

Their Game 2 win now seems more like luck than anything else and the team’s demise seems imminent. The Atlanta Hawks are winners in this no matter what as the more they push the Pacers towards the edge of postseason extinction this year, the more the look to be the bane to Indiana’s Batman. As they enter Game 4, Atlanta is preparing to hoist the Pacers above their head and are flexing their knee as it’s only a matter of time before they go down in history as the team that broke Indiana’s back.
