The cornerback position isn’t one of those talent rich areas in the 2014 NFL Draft. If a team wants to address that need, they’ll have to pick high or trade for a corner. According to Dan Pompei of Bleacher Report, the Kansas City Chiefs would be willing to part with 2013 Pro Bowl corner Brandon Flowers for some draft picks.

From Bleacher Report:

"The Chiefs are believed to be willing to deal Brandon Flowers in an attempt to acquire extra draft selections."

Flowers is a talented corner who struggled in the Chiefs system last year, that could be a part of the Chiefs willingness to part ways with him. The biggest hurdle for a potential might be the three years left on a six-year, $49.35 million deal.

But he has that Pro Bowl label from the 2013 season hiding the fact that he was a bottom-15 cover corner according to Pro Football Focus.
