The Cleveland Browns have traded their No. 4 overall pick in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft to the Buffalo Bills. The Bills were committed to surrounding quarterback E.J. Manuel with offensive weapons, and they used their pick to select Clemson wide receiver Sammy Watkins.
