The Chicago Bears didn’t expect the draft to shake out the way that it did, but you heard no one inside Halas Hall complaining that all of the safeties in the class were on the board when the Bears went on the clock. In the end, the Bears got their pick of the litter and ended up taking Kyle Fuller, a top cornerback out of Virginia Tech.
Fans on Twitter were quick to react:
Bears take Kyle Fuller....another potential Eagles target off the board.

CB Kyle Fuller will be playing in #49ers home opener at Levi's -- for the #Bears. Doh! I had him in the media-trailer pool.
