The Detroit Lions have announced their 2014 NFL Draft pick, and former Lions running back Barry Sanders read the pick, and they chose North Carolina tight end Eric Ebron. It is a big passing target for Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford. Many thought the Lions would go wide receiver to help out Calvin Johnson and Stafford, but they went with Ebron.
