Will they or won’t they? That is one question that surroundings the Dallas Cowboys and the idea of whether or not they will make a move to land Johnny Manziel in the first-round of the draft. If the team decide to do that, they will need to package together a handful of picks that would take away a large number of their priority picks in this year’s draft.
