The New Orleans Saints weren’t a team that was being looked at as a team that could trade up, but they did anyways. The Saints jumped all the way up to the No. 20 overall pick to draft yet another stud receiver for Drew Brees to use and destroy defenses with.
Adding Cooks to that offense is lethal and losing Darren Sproles put a need on a speedy young receiver who can be a multi-purpose player. Fans on Twitter were very pleased and reacted quickly.
