Alex Rodriguez shaves his arms and legs, reveals Yankees barber

A Bronx barber who takes care of the Yankees has revealed a shocking secret about suspended slugger Alex Rodriguez.

According to barber Jose Moises Lopez, A-Rod shaves his arms and legs.

“He always takes the hair off his legs. He always cares for himself, it’s better, he feels more hygienic,” Lopez told the New York Daily News.

Lopez said A-Rod has his own pair of clippers and mostly takes care of the shaving himself, but once he did give A-Rod a hand with his limb grooming.

“I was in the clubhouse before a game and I saw A-Rod shaving his legs with clippers,” Lopez recalls. “It was a little uncomfortable for him, you know, the angle, and he wasn’t doing it well. I was afraid he was going to cut himself.”

Lopez says Jorge Posada happened to witness this particular shaving session and afterward he would tease the barber about it.

Lopez also assures everyone that he has no idea what other parts of his body A-Rod shaves.

And frankly I don’t want to know any more than I already know about A-Rod’s shaving habits. No, please. No more disturbing mental images of A-Rod. I have a hard enough time sleeping as it is.
