Earlier this week we heard that the Houston Texans may be more open to trading the No. 33 overall pick in the draft than they would be the No. 1 overall pick and that seems to be something coming to fruition. Houston drafted Jadeveon Clowney with the top pick and are now fielding trade calls for the first pick of the second round.

There are a slew of players still available that teams would be willing to trade up to get as Derek Carr, Marqise Lee and Louis Nix III are all on the board after one round. Houston may hold onto the pick and take Carr but they may also trade the pick and shoot for someone like Zach Mettenberger later in the round.

Either way, the day and round may be different but the scenario seems to be the same for the Houston Texans.
